Carel’s deep knowledge and genuine passion for the wildlife greatly enhanced our game-viewing experience, and he did so in a thoughtful, unobtrusive way. Caitlyn’s organization and responsiveness were outstanding—truly a 10 out of 10. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and welcoming.
