"Check in process was a disaster! We arrived a little over an hour early and were assured housekeeping would get right on our room! Not the case, and we ended up requesting at check in time to let us into our room! The room we were in definitely needs some upgrading.The shuttle service they offer is a bonus and their outdoor dining area by the pool area is good!"

"Staying at Margaritaville in Key West had always been a bucket list item for me. I have always been a Jimmy Buffett fan and this was the icing on the cake for me. The resort was clean and well kept. The staff supportive and always ready to help. We did several of the tourist kind of things (Hemingway House, Mallory Square, etc.) but also enjoyed just sitting by the pool and sipping tropical drinks. "Quiet comfortable room with the fastest WIFI in Key West."

"We received a handicap room (not needed) and that was fine. However, there was a bathtub and not a walk-in shower or a way to get a hdcp person into the shower. It was a big bathroom but needed more counter/shelf space and places to hang wet towels. We were centrally located right near the pool, beach, bar and breakfast."
