"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

"Onsen was incredible! Very clean, spacious and with inside and outside pools. Breakfast is a must, fresh, delicious and a wide range of options. Across the road for the lake is a beautiful spot for a walk in the evening or morning."

"No physical interaction with the staff except thru online chat. Check-in and check-out was easy, but the earliest check-in time is at 3pm and you will not be allowed to check-in anytime earlier. The room was spacious and clean."
