"The bar downstairs was amazing - huge selection of whiskies and the knowledge to go with that. Also open mic night with lovely Scottish ballads and good music other nights."

"We booked this room at short notice, deciding to break up our trip from Tobermory to Carlisle over 2 days. We got a spacious and very comfortable room, quiet and well-appointed. Like many older hotels. Hotels, in this part of the world there was no lift. Two of the staff are kind enough to help us get our luggage upstairs. It was nice to be within walking distance at the train station. Breakfast offerings were fairly lavish, fresh and appetizing."

"Clean room, updated & modern amenities, great location, friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was very good. Itโs oddly laid out, small rooms. Bed was very small. It worked for our one night there. Had a/c which was my big requirement."
