"Check-in enthusiasm was outstanding!! Daquon Maxwell made us feel welcome and appreciated from the start of our stay. The price was right and accommodations were as pictured. A sold-out night was peaceful and other guests were respectful of other visitors. Parking was sufficient and available access to our room. Outstanding shower!! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. "

"Upon checkin ( after a very rainy stormy drive) I asked for a luggage cart to try to bring in my stuff. The man at the desk said he had no access to one. So now I knew I had to make multiple trips out to the car in a terrible storm to try to get my luggage and bags. I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to try to help me . as a result when I got my luggage out of the car, my luggage tipped over and fell in a puddle and when I tried to stop it from falling into a puddle, I fell in the parking lot. Not once even when i made it to the lobby and he saw how upset I was andthe condition I was in did he attempt to relieve me ir make arrangements for someone to assist me. Finally a woman who worked there helped me get into my room.. ."

"The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room. Someone made a mistake when the calling that room and upgrade. Seem like the added the breakfast on there for the amount of I had paid for tower."
