"The room was clean the amenities were very nice. No beach view but was shuttles made it convenient to old town. Michelle (with two L’s) at the front desk was outstanding and truly fun to talk to. The cookies were to die for!! However, the concierge was impatient and tried to charge us more for a parasailing trip than what she had advertised ( for $50 ea) or even what the website to the sailing company was charging. We were disappointed in the false advertising and never even booked our sunset cruise due to uncertainty of bonafide charges. Other than that only other issue was the hot tub was hot but bubbles didn’t work."

"Clean room, helpful staff, pool bar after a day in sun on Duval st. Parking is hard to find downtown and is $$. They have a free shuttle to get you to the waterfront!"

"everything is way too expensive for what you get. parking should be free. checkin is super late. it was at 6pm. then they want to charge you 50$ for 12 o'clock check out... which they didnt after i requested it removed. breakfast is expensive. Golf kart is more expensive then renting a car."
