We spent two days in the Stillwater area after a long rail and road trip.
I have to say it was a very relaxing end to our trip. The hotel staff are courteous and polite with good facilities and comfortable rooms.
I would like to mention though that breakfast could be improved upon, we noticed this as we had stayed in four other hotel chains on our trip and this was our least favourite as far as breakfast was concerned.

The staff are wonderful and everything is clean. The property is dated, but well maintained. I stayed as a solo woman and felt safe. Parking is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I've noticed hotels in MN are generally quite dated so for a European abroad, they seem less appealing but I sincerely enjoyed my trip and would return. Our check-in was friendly and welcoming, after a long train journey. The hotel was clean, quiet and uncrowded. The room was large, with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was clean and a good size with plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was provided, with a great choice of products and good coffee as well. All in all a pleasant overnight stop with really great staff.
