The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book here again!

The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a good option and value, and the bathtub was clean and deep enough for a nice comfortable soak. The Soap dispensers were all full and I liked the products. The bedding was nice and the bed itself very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. No elevator for the second floor, so ask for the 1st if thats an issue.

Was impressed with our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and very inviting. Loved the beautiful colors of the maples outside our window and the fireplace that made it very cozy along with time in the jacuzzi. Staff was accommodating and efficient. And I love that they had historical photos in the hallways. Pool area was clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options.We will be back next year with the kids!

The location of the property is good. The staff was excellent. The cleanliness in general was pretty good. The shower had very little water pressure and within five hours of checking in I took my shoes off and realized the floor was really wet and soggy and had a really bad odor
