"Very convenient location. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Prague's Old Town Square. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and garage parking. Highly recommended."

"We were thrilled with the size of our room, it was more like a suite. It was great to have a seperate dressing room to keep our suitcases. Unfortunately, the style of the shower doors were a real nuisance. We ended up getting the floor very wet each time. And I did find the bed a little too hard. But location was absolutely ideal and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!!!"

"The terrace bar has a phenomenal view. It's very busy. Although there are a lot of people going up for the view the room was very quiet. We were in room 53 the terrace was a above us. When the staff cleaned up at night it got loud as they removing this. The elevator can be a wait at times."

"This is a charming family-owned hotel located right in the center of Prague, yet on a quiet and peaceful street. Although the hotel is historic, you can truly feel its character and atmosphere. The room had air conditioning, a beautiful bathroom, and absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every small detail was thoughtfully prepared and carefully considered. I especially appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Guests are also treated to a special family drink with its own history, which adds a very personal touch to the experience. The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely delicious. There is also 24/7 access to drinks, coffee, and tea, which is very convenient. For a smaller hotel, it was great to have an elevator available for guests’ comfort. And once again, I really want to emphasize the cleanliness of the rooms. Every detail was thoroughly cleaned, polished, and shining. You can truly see how much care and attention goes into maintaining this hotel."

They were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Alexandr provided outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude, making every visit to the lounge enjoyable. Natalia was equally amazing—kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made our stay more memorable. The hotel itself was excellent, but Alexandr and Natalia’s exceptional hospitality was the highlight of our experience. We sincerely appreciate all their hard work and look forward to returning in the future."
