Charles Bridge Palace

10/10 Excellent

"You get in Prague tired from the airport and flight routine and is received by a cordial and professional staff. Go to a nice room, excellent shower and bath - then go to walk to the best surrounds of Prague Perfect! And a very nice breakfast"

Iron Gate Hotel & Suites Prague by BHG

8/10 Good

"A perfect location from which to explore Prague. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They only issue that we had was with the room that we were allocated (524). It’s a bit of a stretch to describe it as a double room when the bed can’t only be accessed from the one side. The lay-out of the room would tend to suggest that it should be classed as a single"

Grand Hotel Bohemia

10/10 Excellent

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Fairmont Golden Prague

8/10 Good

"We stayed at the hotel for 2-nights during the weekend. I want to commend the helpful stuff at the entrance, who are always available and very helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent place, right beside the river and the old town. Very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. We have several comments that can be improved: 1. We had a clogged sink in our hotel room. We told it to the Concierge at the lobby and wend for several hours for dinner outside the hotel. When we returned, I asked the Concierge is our sink was fixed. His reply astounded us: "I forgot", that was his reply. We were tired and a bit angry. We could not return to our room since we could not brush our teeth with a clogged sink. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour while they tried t fix the sink. They apologized and gave us free drinks. ok. An hour past, no one told us anything so I went upstairs to our room to check - it was fixed and cleaned. ok, nice, but if I hadn't checked it myself, we would have sat there at the lobby the entire night. This is NOT a 5-stars hotel service level, more like a 3-stars, at best. 2. Another concern: The breakfast buffet is terrible. It is a mess, and not in a good way. It is too crowded, handled poorly, long lines just to get an omelet. There is a nice menu on each table where you can order special dishes, but it takes a long time to get it and sometimes you don't receive the order at all, or they mixed it up. I do want to recommend their spa and pool which are superb."

Unitas Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Exceptional stay in Old Town Prague — warm hospitality and wonderful details Unitas Hotel exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. The staff is truly top-tier: genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful at every turn. Check-in set the tone immediately with a welcome drink, and because our package included a bottle of wine, it was already waiting and ready in our room. The room itself was fantastic—huge, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping took great care of us, making up the room daily and leaving two sweet treats behind each day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location offers a peaceful, quiet retreat in Old Town, and having the police station situated right next door gave the entire property an extra sense of safety and calm. A helpful logistical note for future guests: room keys are traditional physical keys weighted with a large wooden cylinder. The hotel has you drop your key at the front desk whenever you head out and pick it up when you return, which works seamlessly and means you never have to worry about carrying it around the city. An absolute gem of a hotel in Prague—I would rebook here in a heartbeat!"
