"Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Every staff interaction was positive. Room decor is a little tired. No fan in the bathroom. I specifically asked for housekeeping to come on our 3rd day to take out trash and refresh towels. I was assured they come daily (they hadn’t yet up to this point). When we returned at the end of the day, housekeeping has not come. Front desk person had someone come up promptly to take trash and give us new towels."

"I loved its location and proximity to downtown activities and roadways. The facility is clean and well maintained. "

"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."

"Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep. "

"I booked a room to celebrate my mom and sisters birthdays I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous"
