"Great place to stay, the hosts are fantastic, friendly and inviting. The lodge is clean well kept and to a high standard. Easy to find plenty of parking and the gardens are beautiful. Would definitely stay again. "

The owners are very nice and provide and excellent quality service … excellent breakfast also
Thank you we ll come back! "
"Fantastic service at the hotel. Valet parking at St Ives is so amazing. The facilities at the hotel are great and the view from our room was incredible. "
"Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Appreciate the fast response when the storm caused the gate to fail. It is when things go wrong you can really see the attention to service and care. Thank you! "
"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from.
There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up.
Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

Lovely, pretty town. Loads to do and lots of dining options. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We were here in April and it was busy enough without being annoying. Parking in the town is challenging no matter when.

St Ives is a fabulous place but be prepared for intense volumes of people everywhere Try and leave the car at your accommodation and use the public transport as the roads were built before cars were invented and parking in the town is limited

Great beaches & views. Lots of choices for restaurants, and bakeries for pasties etc. We dined at The Hun and The Mex - both were really good, especially The Mex.

St Ives is a beautiful place, great bars and restaurants, cute little shops and some of the best beaches in Cornwall. The hotel is a short walk from the town but a super steep walk back up the hill to get home to the hotel at the end of the day.

Fallen in love with St Ives, what a beautiful part of the world, I'm very envious of the folk's lucky enough to live there. There seems to be something for everyone. Stunning beaches too!

I was expecting more things to do around the beach of St Ives (like more arcades/mini golf/fun activities etc.) If you love coffee shops and bakeries then this is the place for you!!

Visited several times, lovely walks and amazing views. Parking difficult but we got there early.
"Me and my partner stayed here 2 nights for her surprise birthday trip to St Ives and we loved it, finding the place was easy, as was parking. We checked in with a gentlemen whose name I unfortunately cannot recall but he was so friendly and welcoming, giving us plenty of advice for our stay which we appreciated. Our room was lovey and stocked with plenty of bits for breakfast including cereals, milk, Greek style yoghurts, fruit pots, and croissants as well as bottled water, tea, and coffee, all of which would be restocked and cost us no extra. Our room was cleaned and restocked while we were out. Now the highlight of our stay, I had booed a trip for my partners birthday but had not bought a cake, fortunately she didn’t have a problem with this but I wanted to get a hold of one, I asked the lovely lady running this B&B and she gave me plenty of ideas where to get a hold of one as well as allowing us to check out later which was also very kind. Once I had got my hands on a birthday cake the lovely lady had popped to the shops herself to get a card and gift bag full of sweet treats to say happy birthday which was so heartwarming and my partner was chuffed to bits. A very nice touch, thank you so much! "
"Welcoming and friendly owners. Excellent accommodation - great breakfast choices and very well prepared.
Location in Carbis Bay with a shuttle train to St Ives and St Erth nearby as well as a convenient bus service. "
