"Fantastic service at the hotel. Valet parking at St Ives is so amazing. The facilities at the hotel are great and the view from our room was incredible. "
"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from.
There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up.
Saying all of that we would probably stay again."
"Our room was clean, spacious, and had a fine view of the sea. The hosts were affable and eager to help, and the food was excellent. There is a large outdoor swimming pool nearby with a heated section that is well worth investigating."
"stair carpets and carpet in room very dirty, table in dining room dirty oily sticky . one layed with crumbs still on windows so dirty at sides could see out, uneaxpectedlu had to pay for parking. room 3 despite being about 16 with a cool change outside was very very hot we kept fan on and still couldnt have any bedding - wont stay again "
"Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall.
The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session.
The private spa tub was advertised but missing. "
"Great for an overnight stay. No free parking need to park at nearby car park. Breakfast (full english) is excellent. The room is basic. Good location (5min walk) if you need to catch a ferry to isle of scilly. Within walking distance to town centre."
"Staff were really nice!
The window in our room was too high, can’t really see what’s outside. The room felt very small because of how the windows were positioned. "

"Great location by both stations. Town 5 mins away beach mins away"
"Trevose Harbour House made our stay in St. Ives an incredible experience! The attentiveness and personal touch provided by Angela and Ollie was the best that we have experienced in our travels. We were well taken care of and made to feel at home from the initial sit-down with a map of the town to acquaint us with cultural, dining and hiking/nature opportunities to the 5-star breakfasts created by Ollie, and the attentiveness of the entire staff. We loved the decor, furnishings and art of the hotel, its travel library and information on gallery exhibitions and its overall cleanliness. The location was perfect. Near the harbor and within easy walking distance of galleries, dining and museums. We highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for making our stay special!"
