It was mine and my partner first time to st.ives and carbis bay. All I can say is wow.....that place is magical , clear waters golden sands , the views are spectacular. The people nothing but warm and welcoming. Spotlessly clean room, very well appointed and equipped with everything you could need and with a wonderful view.

This was a little gem, great location for train station and St Ives town. The accommodation was perfect for two people, well presented,very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great place to stay in the perfect area, host communicated with me excellently

Had a great stay for my boyfriends birthday, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room had a gorgeous view, short walking distance into town, breakfast was lovely, nice that they had parking for guests. There was live music in the restaurant on the first night we were there, we got 20% off eating in the restaurant, the only thing I'd say was that the menu wasn't particularly vegetarian friendly, there was only one option of a pea and mint pasta which was a bit odd! Would 100%...

Property excellent and as described

Lovely clean and spacious room - great decorative order and loved the sea view and complimentary gin. Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic valet parking.

Superb grounds, and views over to St Ives and the sea.worthy of stately home gardens. Fabulous building, great food and comfortable room if tired, single glazed, blinds broken and hot water system not up to standard. If sorted it could be 5*. Very steep walk to the beech and town

The Nook was very clean and presentable, the only drawback was the to & Broadband had poor connection and was unable to find BBC or ITV. Easy access to town was very important. We would happily stay again. Sinc & Anne.

Well presented, clean and spacious. Great location for us, just close enough but far away enough to be able to avoid the town traffic when driving to and from the location. Off street parking is a major bonus as well. Would use again in the future.

Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend

The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

We loved Carbis Bay best - the best beach. Very steep exciting walk to the beach or you can drive. Great local eateries, parking included and great base. Would love to return.
