A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish.The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality.

The hotel has clean modern rooms and the interior decor is also modern. The lobby is large with modern restroom facilities also located here. The housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. Door/valet staff are pleasant and polite. The location is central but quiet surroundings.

I stayed there with family for two nights. It’s was awesome experience. The staff is polite and friendly.
The food is super delicious and the buffet had large verity of food choice.
I liked Kulcha, Upma, Tea, Paratha, Bakery items etc.
The in-room dining food was also delicious.
Location of the property is very good, lot of good restaurants are available nearby.
Getting a cab, auto is very easy from the location.
I would love to stay here whenever I visit the city next time.

I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available.
Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous.
Travel desk for all local information was available.
