"Check-in and Check-out were easy to do."

"We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night the waterpark was completely full of people which we expected. However we were disappointed that not a single chair or table was available for us to set our towels on due to the amount of people in the park. Alcohol prices are very high and I cannot recommend drinking at this location. Our hotel room (2 bedroom suite) was excellent. It had a gas fireplace which was fantastic to sit by as we watched it snow out from the window. There is a Walmart less than a mile from the hotel that we took advantage of during our stay. "

"Great location for a family getaway. They have a large arcade for all ages, amazing pool area, casual dining or upscale restaurant. Happy hour was excellent with great options. Spa is clean and professional and worth the $"

"We loved it. Staff was amazing and helpful at any time. We turned our spa tub on for our 7 year old and it wasnt clean...left weird spots all over and we pulled him out immediately. But 5 stars all around. It was an amazing stay, the kids were happier than ever and the tub didnt deter any opinions. We will be back!"
