"We loved our brief stay in this hotel. Nothing to complain about with our twin room. Very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed a couple of cocktails, in the bar. The breakfast was adequate, so all in all, we would definitely stay there again. It took a bit of working out on how to get to the Hotel from the train station, by foot. We didn't attempt to walk to Southampton docks, so we ordered a taxi and were impressed that ordering a taxi was very simple and efficient, "

"Akshae was wonderful at check-in. V friendly and helpful. The second chap sorry i don't know his name was excellent when the room wouldn't open. No hair dryer or plug sockets nr the bed. Sheets just lie on the bed. Not fitted. Team lovely. Location great. Tried to call 3 times before stay but no pick up or ability to leave a call back message. "

Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "
