Future Inns Cardiff Bay

8/10 Good
"We had a wonderful stay at Future Inn Cardiff Bay, especially considering we booked very last minute after having a really difficult experience with an Airbnb. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and made what had been a stressful situation so much easier for us. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Every member of staff we interacted with was lovely, welcoming and helpful, which really made a difference. A special thank you to Nolito (I believe he was the bar manager) who was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. After the experience we had just come from, the kindness of the staff was genuinely appreciated. We were so grateful that Future Inn was able to accommodate us at such short notice, and the team made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Thank you to everyone for helping turn around what could have been a very stressful part of our trip. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!"
