As a solo female traveller, this was perfection - the front of house staff in particular were charming and helpful at all times, and at the eateries I tried, always friendly and super efficient. 10/10 would stay again if we were in Chicago. We stayed for 6 days and loved it. We got the 2 beds and had a really nice view from our room. All the staff were very kind and helpful. It is noisy because of where it is located as we can hear the traffic on Michigan and the Metra honking as it passed and whilst we personally were not negatively affected by this it’s something to consider if you are very sensitive to noise.
