A special mention to Todd, who went above and beyond to accommodate our request even though I had mistakenly booked a different room type. Room service from Agostino’s was impressively fast, and every reception staff member we interacted with was respectful, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Check-out was also a breeze—it literally took under three minutes. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. East Hotel is definitely my go-to whenever I’m in Canberra. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was great but definitely on the more expensive side. The only thing I will say is as we were staying 2 nights we did ask the housekeeping person outside our room when we were leaving for the day to make up our room. She replaced towels, however our sheets had coffee on them. The bed didn't get fresh sheets. She also never replaced tissues or a toilet roll. Should we travel to Canberra again I would still stay here."

"Great stay. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything you need. Easy off street parking. Very close to the Kingston Hotel for meals etc. would defintely recommend "
