"The room was tidy but the bath tub wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. Staff was awesome."

No towels when we first checked in, we had to go downstairs to ask, no one picked up the front desk phone. A water bottle left from previous guests. No hot water day of check out, we had to take cold showers."
