"The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again."

"We've stayed in a bunch of VRBO's and never felt the need to write a review. On this one, I feel a responsibility to warn people. 56 Stamford St. is a good location, that much is true. But that is probably the only thing I can say that is positive. The person who meets you at the flat does not smile or shake hands. They just hand you the keys and walk away. One night the bed caved in on my wife's side. When we took the mattress off to see if we could fix it ourselves the frame is held...

"On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch. A nice souvenir. There was a large choice at breakfast and the surroundings were stylish. I enjoyed it so much I have booked a weekend stay with my husband when we go to Wimbledon, due to the good transport connections."
