This property was far from deluxe as described. It was basic and OK. The breakfast was good.

Perfect stay. Beautiful hotel especially the rooftop pool. Incredibly welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast. Easy parking

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable and the staff were superb. In fact the ski concierge in particular was by far the best we have ever encountered.

room is super big, breakfast is delicious and location is excellent

The hotel was conveniently located and a real home from home. The room was very cosy with a sofa and armchair and a log fire. The kitchen area was well equipped and the room staff cleaned the room daily, including putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. In the lobby there was fresh coffee and cookies, as well as lemonade and juice which you could help yourself to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Aspen.

Lovely room in a great location, short walk to downtown Aspen. Clean and quiet, perfect.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. Great service.

A hotel of this standard (and price) should be providing complimentary internet as and when required.

Brand new hotel, excellent facilities. Shame i only booked for one night.

Such a great stay and Incredible value for Aspen, particularly as it’s been recently refurbished to a great standard. Super helpful staff. Fantastic.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the housekeeping is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pool which is divided into lanes so you can do some serious swimming after a day on the mountain! The staff are very friendly and willing to please, making our stay all the more enjoyable. This is a great...
