"We arrived in Venice late by train and it was tricky to get to the Hyatt via waterbus but we figured it out (line 5.2 then 4.1 at F. Nove). We booked the suite with canal view (amazing room with its own elevator!). When we got in there was no hot water and the front desk staff advised there was a boiler malfunction and it was being addressed. They said max 20mins for hot water. "I really enjoy my 4 day stay here.. the property itself was very nice for a hostel, the staff Sarah and luchea was super kind and helpful, the others that work the desk was nice alsooooo..
