"Unfortunately, our room had pubes in the bed, dead roaches on the floor, cracked drinkware & the floor was overall dirty and sticky so you had to make sure you had something on your feet at all times. When the front desk was called concerning the pubes, they did send someone to completely change the sheets but no other compensation was offered. I definitely wouldn't stay again."

"When I called the front desk a second time about a random “REFUEL” charge they added to my room without authorization, a clerk, who answered the phone, hung up on me the moment I asked for the charge to be reversed. Completely unacceptable. Beware. What a disappointment!"
