"Amazing beautiful location but unfortunately the house did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. The house was damp and smelt strongly of damp. Some of the walls were very damp with bubbling of the paint and mould. There was mould around the bathroom plug and around the edge of the shower. The sofas had lost their springs and incredibly uncomfortable which wasn't helped with being made from hessian. The bed was very bouncy so when my husband rolled over I bounced...

Lister Arms

Lister Arms

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in the Lister Farmhouse, which was delightful. The room was spacious, well designed with the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. Breakfast was equally lovely, with Tom on-hand to provide you with great service and great food. We also had dinner at the Lister Arms on both the nights we stayed, with each meal exceptional. I would recommend you book ahead as every table was taken each night, and given the quality of the food, itโ€™s not hard to see why."
