"Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at ยฃ4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent."
