"This is a stunning pub and hotel. Food and surrounds were wonderful. We were there during an unseasonably warm period and a little hot in the rooms otherwise it was perfect!"

Top Malham Hotel Reviews
OYO Rose & Crown Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The place is an old pub and whilst it is a little tired decor wise, this was clear from the pictures online. We had a request which wasn't passed on to the hotel, but the staff were so friendly and accommodating that it wasn't a problem. Location is lovely a quiet dales village with lovely views. Stayed one night and we both slept well. Some general maintenance of the premises wouldn't go amiss, and I would suggest a small information pack could be provided on the rooms for future guests. "
"Stayed in Lister Barn and the room was perfect, clean tidy and well stocked.
Dinner and drinks in dining room/bar again perfect.
Will no doubt stay there again."
"This was probably our 5th or 6th stay at The Craven Heifer but the first since it changed hands from being a family run establishment to being part of a large chain. As always the property was very clean and tidy and very well maintained, definitely no complaints there. For us, the food had always been a selling point of The Craven Heifer, fresh locally sourced produce freshly cooked however on this occasion we did not have an opportunity to experience an evening meal but we did enjoy breakfast which was as good as it always had been. Will we stay there again when we're in the area... Definitely!"
"Our stay was wonderful. On arrival I asked if our room was overlooking the canal- it wasn’t but the receptionist swiftly changed it. Lovely room with balcony - the bed was really comfy & a handy fan was useful. The breakfasts were fantastic with big choice. I loved the fresh fruit salad. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Very easy to walk into town along the towpath - we had an excellent visit"
"Our room was a good size with a big bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and the bar and restaurant were nice, with great food. Had a lovely stay and plan on going back."
