The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our vacation was enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free. No matter what we needed, every team member greeted us with a smile, responded quickly, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Their exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming and vibrant. One of the best features of Deja Resort is its location. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Everything you could want or need is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area without spending a lot of time traveling. What truly sets Deja Resort apart is the people. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in creating memorable experiences. "The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant upon arrival. The property itself was also well maintained, and the food was both delicious and attractively presented. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay. Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall experience."

"Property is beautiful. I found the front desk staff not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. Would have liked more food options as well. Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours."
