"The room was extra small, the towels smelled like kitchen old grease, the snack bar was too expensive and the card with the prices was hidden in the back of items to hide the fact that there was a charge for every item taken. The breakfast was not appetizing eggs were too watery they only had sausage no bacon or ham, lack of variety, the Hotel does not have its own parking garage we had to park on one owned by the airport and they charged 48$ a day "

"Here’s the good stuff: location is great. Absolutely terrific. The rest of the story: housekeeping did not refill toiletries despite repeated visits to the front desk. Our “upgraded“ room turned out to not be upgraded, and was loud all night because of the elevators it was up against. At check-in, the front desk clerk told us she would text us when our room was ready. Hours later, with no text received, we went back to the front desk where they told us, “your room has been ready for hours.” The view we were supposed to have with the reservation turned out to be nonexistent. The room was somewhat worn and battered, and the clown who installed toiletry pumps in the shower put them on the wrong wall. The breakfast restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. I could go on and on. Nothing made the place a dump, but for a four-star hotel that charges premium prices, you should expect much more than the mediocre effort they put into taking care of customers. Let’s be clear: you are paying premium prices for location, location, location. Don’t expect more. "

"Nice beds and appreciate the staff letting us check in a few hours earlier than 3 PM which was very helpful as we had been up 30+ hours with our flights. Also appreciate the shuttle getting us to and from the airport. The room needs better electrical outlets as the only one we could charge our devices on was the outlet in the bathroom."

"The parking situation took us by surprise, it is $74 per day self-park. We requested housekeeping and no one cleaned the room. I don’t like bothering people so the stay was okay. Probably will not book with hilton again."

"Clean room, staff was great, really close to the airport. Troller for airport is $10 per person, which is really handy if you're staying there to catch a flight – they go out every hour. Parking is paid as well. "

"The line to check in was incredibly long. My kids and I waited about 35 minutes just to get checked in. After finally receiving our room and going upstairs, we discovered that the hot water was not working, the toilet would not flush, and the phone in the room was also not working. I then had to go back downstairs and wait in the long line all over again just to get the room changed. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or make the situation better for my family. Instead of offering an upgrade or any type of accommodation, we were simply moved to another similar room. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected more effort to help make things right, especially considering the inconvenience and the fact that I was there with my children."
