"Relatively new property, very clean with lovely staff and a nice small pool. Its a 10 minute walk to the main night life centre. But there are sevral bars and good restaurants withing 2 minutes walk. Would highly recommend lhong restaurant. .
The beds are really hard and they could offer more English TV channels."

Have just returned from a 6 night stay at the Anantara and it exceeded our expectations in all respects. I think the Thai people are one of the nicest peoples in the world and when combined with the superb service at the Anantara, it is a recipe for a marvellous holiday. The staff really were fantastic - they couldn't have been any better.
I think for a short stay of up to a week or so then the Anantara can't be beaten - for a longer stay I might possibly choose one of the hotels further...

The staff was great. My special thanks go to Khun Tan who received me at check in; she has done her job wonderfully with service mind, good sense of humour and more than pleasing manners. Although the check in was pretty busy that day, she impressed me a lot.
The hotel itself is in fine condition with its signature interior decoration. Our room is well-designed and functional with nice view. Anyway, the window faced against the construction site; we didnt feel bothered with it.

Nice set of 4 cottages in the country, next to a large National Park. Five minute drive to the entry of the park and the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project. Also very close to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary (5-8 min drive). Has a small restaurant out back which serves organic food grown by the staff. Room was modern and comfortable. Very quiet as no nearby buildings.

I'll start with with the cons .... the cost of taxi to go into town and back is 1500 baht do that daily and it'll hurt your pocket .... but wait at the entrance is car and bike hire a bike is 300 baht daily and car is 1200 price negotiable for longer hire. Pros..... everything else room was amazing.. two pools complimentary drinks in mini bar topped up daily ... breakfast buffet has everything you can think off!!!! Seafood buffet is a bit pricey but hey unlimited sushi for 1600 baht and thai...

The beach on the hotel isn’t great as the tide comes in and goes out considerably. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the sea. However you can walk to the Nai...

Perfect is the only way to describe this place. It looks just like the pictures.
Tucked away, hidden by trees, complete privacy in your villa.
Staff are so friendly and helpful, funny too.
There are 2 TVs In the villa for those of you who want to watch different things.
I am searching for a negative but I cannot find one. Wait... the pool can be cold as it's in the shade under trees but that's how you get your privacy.
