"We were under the impressiom that we had booked two twin rooms but when we got there we were given two double rooms. The hotel couldn't fix this for us as they were fully booked for the rugby world cup. One of the boys had to sleep on the floor as he was not comfortable sharing a bed. The staff were friendly enough but spoke very little English, but I wouldn't hold that against them considering this is Japan, this did however make explaining the room situation a bit harder.
