Great value for a 4-star hotel in a convenient location for shopping and transport. Staff service was excellent too. 2 levels of parking make it very convenient for those who drive.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. Nothing short of excellent provided here. Everyone is very accommodating and patient and friendly. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Nagoya.

Great location and executive floor room - Level 14 comes with Air Weave bed. Gives one a champion level sleep like an Olympian.

It’s a convenient place to stay with a huge car park that facilitates visitors with cars. The hotel is grand and well established with great hospitality. I wish the WIFI be better, especially during peak hours (night time).
