Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. clean and spacious room, very close to the yamanote line which got us to all the key districts in Tokyo. amazing view that i never got sick of

Great hotel and great staff, would recommend! Made the stay so pleasant, the onsen was incredible and so clean.

Just a flying visit on the way through Tokyo but would be happy to go back again and recommend to anyone. Very friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable and very peaceful

Good location to connect with subways and buses. On a bigger street, but no problem sleeping from outside noice. Worse with noise coming from neighbours though, but only one night. All in all it was a good accommodation for a group of four which allowed us together time to unwind without having to go out after a long day on the town. We’ll be doing this type of accommodation again next time. Illi has a an excellent host!

Excellent stay. Stored our luggage in advance of arriving and helped forward along at the end. Provided us with a baby cot and staff were super friendly. Great location for access to Osaki station on the Yamanote line.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it certainly won’t be the last. This is the ideal hotel. Great service, helpful staff, spotlessly clean and surrounded by every shop you could want and easy transportation links.

We were very happy at this hotel overall. The only thing I think they could have done (while the staff were very polite) was take our bags up to our room, after a long day and having to check in late, we did tell them all of this but they just watched us take all the bags up our selves, and there were so many of them just standing around. We stayed at a two star hotel that managed to do that without us even mentioning it.

Wonderful place, in a great, quiet, attractive location, well connected to Shinjuku and all of Tokyo. Great staff and amenities. Highly recommended!
