"Very convenient for the airport. There is a metro station right next door and a free shuttle bus. There is also a taxi rank directly outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Amazing view of the runway from the room. A bit of a walk to the nearest shops and restaurants."

"Hotel itself is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. One thing about the hotel's location is that it is up a hill (incline) from the Shinagawa station. You have to consider if you are able to drag your luggage up a hill for 15-20 mins. Also think about after a full day of site seeing and walking, at the end of the day, you have to walk up a hill back to the hotel. That was a struggle for me. Please note that they only have two coin laundry machines and they are often being in use. You may be better off using outside coin laundry service (10 mins from hotel)."

"The room design is so stranga making us feel clostrophobic. Very small room and your view from the bed is the very ugly looking round cabinets. Doesn’t have a coffee maker in the room but they give you a kettle. The location though is convenient and a 2 minute walk to the Shinagawa station. The carpets in the building looks gross and dirty. It’s not worth it for the price."
