"This place has a cool throwback classic decor without feeling dated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. This hotel projected an air of competence, which you'd think would be automatic at most hotels, but unfortunately can't always be counted on these days all the time. It was a breath of fresh air to just have a hotel be great and solid and dependable and clean and comfortable. We had a great view, a comfortable bed, and the location is excellent. Close to plenty of landmarks and two public transit lines. The only downside was that room service seems to be a bit limited to certain days and times, and there is no in-room coffee or breakfast service even though there is a breakfast downstairs. At a hotel of this level at least some basic options at all times are something I generally expect to be available. That being said, we did get room service for dinner one night and it was very good. Overall, can definitely recommend staying here."

"Amazing experience "

"My 4 month old baby, my sister and I stayed in this hotel. It was suppose to be a 3 night stay but ended up being a 1 night. This hotel is extremely dirty and the rooms smell of stale cigarette and mold. Our blankets had stains on them, mold on the window, our tub was broken. These reviews saying “you get what you pay for” are disgusting comments. No one pays for a stinky moldy HOTEL room. They refused to give me a refund which honestly was the least of my concerns. My baby actually got sick from this hotel, congestion and cough. Whatever you do DO NOT stay at this hotel especially if you’re travelling with a child. Pay a bit more and get a cleaner friendlier hotel. If you read the reviews on their actually website you’ll see what I mean. This hotel needs serious fixing and should be ashamed of what they are running. Do better. "
