"Bed mattress was stained horribly sheets were not clean microwave did not work in room staff was not helpful at all and did not make effort to get new room for us!"

"The staff was very nice The motel was clean it appears to be remodeling The bed is on a metal base and every time you get up or sit down on it it makes a horrible sound like somebody kicking a metal building. The bathroom was clean but the towels and washcloths were very dingy and worn out I was glad I had a makeup remover because I didn't want to use a nasty looking cloth on my face. At 9 a.m roomservice was knocking on our door wanting to know how soon we would be leaving The breakfast they served was nice several choices with juice, fruit, eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits and cereal"

I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "
