"Check in was great and all of the staff were super friendly. Probably in need of a little upgrade in some parts. The food was varied but definitely catered for more Eastern European visitors. It’s missing some kind of snack bar as there were periods in the day where we could have had a little snack. Found some of the AI misleading. Particularly the Italian where the menu is set and if you want anything different you pay extra. Same can be said in bar area too. Slightly disappointed to be charged an extortionate amount for a taxi from the hotel to Naama Bay. My advice, get one of the many taxis that are right outside the gate and pay 150 and not the 750 the hotel charge. Overall, staff make is amazing and it’s super clean and tidy. Needs a little rethink in terms of charging extra. Thanks for the memories. "

"From the moment we arrived to departure,the welcome we got was so wonderful from the staff. We have been to Egypt over 12 times and would not go to any other hotel than the sierra. The staff at this hotel are great and really hard working.they can’t do enough for you"

The only choices available were grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and rice. There was a pasta station, but for an all-inclusive resort, you would expect a much wider variety of vegetarian dishes. Communication was also challenging at times. Many staff members struggled to understand English and often relied on AI to communicate. Even something as simple as requesting a cup of oat milk became unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the hotel is visually impressive with great servic, but the limited vegetarian options and communication barriers made the experience less seamless than expected. "
