Overall a fantastic experience but we did have a slight issue on arrival when we were told no room available even though we had a booking!! We were asked to stay in a sister hotel for the night and our original rooms would be available the following day. Do Not accept this!

Other than that it was great. Perfectly acceptable and plentiful food, good location and friendly staff.
When we arrived from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh, it was almost 9pm. The receptionist was super rude. The restaurant was almost closing. So we went to dinner. The restaurant staff were very kind. The Chef sent us a special plate of fish as all the protein dishes were already over. I paid an extra $35/- US, for a late check out as I was climbing Mt. Sinai that night. I wanted to sleep and I informed the staff that I will sleep and check out by 6pm. I had the do not disturb board on. Yet they banged on the door at 5pm disturbing me completely. The Housekeeping staff were sooo sooo loud as they started cleaning the next room that I had to get up again and tell them to keep it low. The loud music all throughout the day was exhausting. Earlier in the day, I paid for a high end body massage.. which was an absolute shame. The women just applied some oil on the body and then went and sat. She said I had to rest as I may feel dizzy when I get off the bed, cutting short the massage time. Then at 5.45 I had the housekeeping and bell staff come and knock at the door, rushing me to get out immediately. I was just finishing my packing when the staff called on the receptionist and the fellow who was there at the time I checked in, came into my room and was virtually standing inside the room space watching me pack and trying to implicate ‘get out at once’ I expressed my deep disappointment and said that I will definitely write a review on his conduct. A very bad hotel with zero courtesy.
The place is great but the staff here were amazing! Friendly, kind, helpful, attentive... Ready to do anything to make your stay perfect! Five stars, no less!
nice and perfect hotel with great service , but if you are a digital Nomad and need to work you better bring your own WIFI as their "Free WiFi" cant even be considered as an Internet connection. for the rest it was fine
I only stayed in this hotel for one night, so did not take advantage of many features. The rooms are spacious suites. They feel like small apartments. Oddly, you get a full kitchen but are told you may not bring in any food. The beds are rock hard and everything is a little worn and dirty. But I enjoyed sitting on my little patio. I had lots of room. The pool looked nice. Food onsite is expensive but good.
We have reserved the sea view room but the receptionist gave us the standard room without informing us. I believed that he intended to foul us.
After we further enquired, he upgraded us for an en-suite but the air conditioner in the room was not working well (Only fan but not cold). Although the mechanic tried to fixed for 15 minutes, it couldn’t work.
I have called the receptionist again asking for changing the room because the AC was not working. The receptionist replied there was no empty room.
While we have reserved and paid in advance for the room and they didn’t reserve the specific room type for us. Then why we need choose and pay for the room in advance?
I would not recommend this hotel If you would not like to have such experience with us.

Booked at premium rate for payment on arrival. Within days of booking the full payment had been taken from my account, then on arrival a 2nd full payment was taken.
We enjoyed our inital stay not knowing we had been charged 2x.
For the past month we have trying to get refund without success. Not a very happy customer with Dive Inn Resort or with Expedia
The room was tidy but not clean. The mattress was worn out with cigarette burns on the bed sheets. The bathroom was dirty and needed facelift. The breakfast was horrible and not much variety. Overall didn’t meet basic standards for tourist attractions. The Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time. There were workers working with machinery equipments everyday at the front and at the reception, adding to extra noise.
I stayed at the Dive Inn Sharm for a week during the Easter break 2015. On arrival at the airport I'd pre-booked the taxi through the hotel which worked out to be the best deal. On arrival to the hotel (at 1am) I wasn't prepared for being asked for a voucher which Expedia should have, by all accounts sent me. Fortunately they accepted my booking number.
My room was comfortable with an en-suite and balcony looking over the pool. Breakfast was plentiful although not to my taste, with most of their cliental being Russian or Egyptian I presume they were catering for them.
I had chosen this hotel as it had a dive centre which I had contacted prior to my arrival. Unfortunately things were not as I had been led to believe and the dive centre to date is no longer opperative. Forunately the hotel rep contacted the Red Sea Divers and I was then able to enjoy my holiday!!
The hotel beaches which the hotel shuttle bus can take you to and pick you up from a few times a day are nothing to shout about, if anything they are really depressing. Sunbeds lined up one next to another on a thin, rocky slither of a beach is not my idea of a beach but the water is wonderful and the sea life comes right to the bay.... On the negative side there's a lot of rubbish dumped in the sea!!.... In the evenings there's a market in walking distance to the hotel with restaurants and shops or the hotel bus goes to Naama bay around 9pm..where again there are more shops and restaurants

Dive Inn er et fantastisk koselig hotell, som har blitt vesentlig forbedret de siste årene. Vennlige ansatte og en herlig strand. Jeg gleder meg til å komme tilbake.
Per il prezzo che si paga va più che bene certo bisogna essere consapevoli che è un tre stelle ma comunque funzione molto bene e abbiamo passato una piacevolissima vacanza con il personale dell’albergo sempre pronto a risolve ogni bisogno, letti comodissimi e aria condizionata perfetta! Un po’ distante dal mare che si va in navetta che è un po’ piccola e limitata, ma ci si arriva ci sono da fare un bel po di scale ma ne vale la pena perché la vista è il mare è stupendo

Personalen var underbara. Lite dricks gjorde vår vistelse till lyxsemester. Utbudet i buffén och i barerna kunna vara mycket bättre.
Gerçekten harika bir oteldi. Otelin imkanları, hizmeti, odaları ve havuzu çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Wi-fi bulunduğum oda da çok çekmedi o konuda bir güncelleme yaparlarsa daha iyi olur.
Vi var en vennegjeng som reiste sammen på Dive Inn resort og har kost oss masse. Hyggelige folk og god service! Trivdes veldig godt her. Renhold ble gjort hver dag, men kunne blitt noe bedre. Ble også spilt høy musikk rundt bassenget i regi av «animation team», for noen av gjestene var dette helt greit. Men vi trives bedre med en litt roligere og avslappende atmosfære.
