"I called before I booked a stay here to confirm if i can have early check in (1 day before ) they said no problem at all and asked what time i would be checking in and room. Once i arrived, they wanted to charge me $75 to check in 2 hours early. When the whole room was $85, after I explained i was never told this, the guy didnt care and didnt do anything. I sat in the lobby to look at more places because after the rude guy and what happened, i would be damned if i paid another $75 for a room there, I looked down and had two ants crawling on me so i stood up and saw 2 more on the chairs. I got out of there quick and filed a dispute with my credit card "

"Sleepless in Seattle Very noisy experience. Even if the hotel displays quiet hours 10pm-8am, this does not apply in practice. The ubiquitous ear plugs provided clearly indicate that something is off here. Indeed, there were loud noises (including from the reception area) until close to midnight, and when I finally was asleep, I was woken up three times by unsettling noise during the night. Worst of all - one time was when someone entered my room around 1.20am, which was apparently possible with the door code. It likely was a mistake and the person apologized, but such a thing should never happen (it had never happened to me in any hotel before), both for the sake of quiet and for reasons of personal safety."

"Worst hotel stay of my life after 40 years of traveling the world. Simply appalling. No parking for guests so we the hotel charged us 65.00 for a nearby lot. After a miserable 45 minutes of walking several blocks with all our stuff finally get to our room and the front desk did not give us any keys in our check in folder. Finally get to our now 500.00 a night rom that is tiny with a bathroom separating a small seating area and the only bedroom for 5 people!!! Room offered no privacy despite booking a 2 room suite for 2 parties comprised of 3 adults and 2 kids under five. I had to make my own makeshift bedding on a dinky dink sofa bed that was like sleeping on on metal bars and springs. filthy pool and hotter, I was penalized monetarily and condescended to by staff for booking with a third party( Expedia) as opposed to directly. I want my money back!!"

"The front desk staff is amazing. They are so helpful and courteous. Regardless of who we spoke with, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and quiet. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to all of the major attractions."
