Everything was absolutely excellent. Great service, amenities, restaurant. This a top-tier hotel, no doubt, and they are an example for all others to follow.

Every year I come to Singapore I always question moving out from the city to the island for a few days ……. But once there I am reminded why I and my best friend (who meet from opposite sides of the globe) love to come to Sentosa . Clean rooms, excellent staff and a brilliant pool

A beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is slightly out of the way, but taxis in Singapore are very inexpensive so that was not a problem. Overall, the staff have been well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The only slight problem is with room service who try hard to please, but have difficulty understanding English.

As a single female traveller visiting at a very busy time of year (Singapore F1) I am sometimes overlooked with staff being very busy. Here I found there was great attention to in-house guests and was never made to feel awkward or ignored.. Every little detail was covered and it was the perfect stay

Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

We found Raffles to be an excellent choice for our few days in Singapore. It really is a grand hotel & the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel. We stayed in a courtyard suite which was extremely comfortable with sitting area, bedroom with chairs & tv, dressing room & nice big bathroom with shower. Great location. Lovely pool. Clean apartments with all required items for a short stay. Could check out and use the facilities on our last day. 15 minute walk to Merlion and next to Maxwell hawker food centre. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to get about close to the hawker centre, satay street and across the road from the metro. The views from the pool were spectacular and was able to swim till 12am.

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

The staf were exceptionally helpful and it included free mini bar and car to airport.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.
