"I loved staying where with my family. There was a total of four of us and we stayed in the deluxe fourth room. I was worried that it might be too small, but it ended up being enough for all of us. The hotel was clean, close to shops, and the customer service was really good. Our room’s AC went out and they put us in another room within an hour. My only complaint was that the toilet room smelled like urine, in both of the rooms. They seemed very clean however when we received the rooms."
"The rooms were clean. Garbage cans in the room were a little small, but adequate. Rooms are cleaned and/or towels replaced on request via a magnetic sign you place on the front of your door. The hotel is well situated near a couple of train stations as well as convenience stores, a market and even a McDonald's. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance."
"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
