"Reservations were for king size bed and was given 2 queen beds. Had to make a big stink about it because they said there was no room available with a king bed. After some back and forth, they eventually, somehow, found us a room with a king bed. They did make it right by picking up the bar tab for that evening and breakfast in the morning. "

We had a very pleasant stay even though Hotels.com messed up our reservation. The hotel was beautiful. Great location. Very walkable."
