"Everything about this stay was easy. Loved the fireplace in the room and the beautiful ocean view. Definitely will come back in nicer weather to enjoy sitting out in the chairs by the ocean."

Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. "
