"Thr hotel was very nice entering. Guest Service was not as friendly they made me feel like I did not belong there. The food from the restaurants were very good. The hallways stepping off the elevator smelled like mildew/old water. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was very out dated. The shower walls had mold in certain crevices. I absolutely hated the cloth shower curtains and it's as if a pipe in the shower was leaking from the ceiling of the shower which had a leak stain on the wall in the shower. The pool was very big and beautiful."

"When you walk in there is an odd smell and someone who has taken residences in the hotel and has his shades open for everyone to see everything..we got to see him coming in and out of the shower to his room. Luckily the towel was wrapped. Most parts looked updated but when I finally got to my room I noticed there was stuff on a bed and in the bathtub. Dirty parts looked literally painted over. The smell seemed off. The tv wouldn’t work so I had to go down to the front office, there was no phone to just call. He didn’t seem to believe me and just came up so I could show him. Literally into my room. I told him it could be the batteries but it isn’t working. When looking I noticed an actual air freshener hidden behind the dresser. So I guess the smell wasn’t just us. He said the sensor was messed up and to use the tv we would have to stand and click through or there is no tv. I asked for a cleaner room with a different tv and he refused. Said the manager has to approve it and he wasn’t there. So I just left. When I left I started noticing more things. Holes in floors. Pipes randomly sticking out. Broken floors. Went to another place closer and it was much better "

"We stayed here as part of a team with 5 rooms and this was a major disappointment. At check-in, I was told there would be an additional charge of 5 dollars per child over 12 per day, on top of what I booked on hotels.com. I was charged this for the 2 17 year olds in our room "to better accommodate" them. When I asked what that meant, she repeated "to better accommodate them" over and over. When I pressed, she said "to better accommodate them at breakfast and in case of noise complaints". They didn’t even eat breakfast. I dont recall agreeing to this when booking, and the only “policy” was posted at the front desk, which you obviously can’t see ahead of time. Our coach questioned it and was not charged at all. I was not so lucky. I was told a manager would be contacted, but nothing was resolved. The smell is awful. It stinks. Smells like cat pee and heavy perfume throughout the room, hallways, and elevator. One person in our group had to switch rooms because the ammonia smell was so bad and was told they were "accidentally" put in a pet room. Maintenance issues too. TV remote didn’t work, phones didn’t work, and the explanation involved humidity and copper parts. Batteries were replaced, still didn’t work. Room was mostly clean-ish, beds tight, but corners were dirty and the toilet barely flushed. Lukewarm showers at best. If I wasn’t with a team, I would have left."

"Booked a junior suite, turns out it was above the room a prom was being hosted in. I could feel the music coming through the room and couldn't sleep. Staff said it would be over soon, finally at 11pm it was over. I had to get up early and this was not what I would expect of a Hilton. Staff couldn't move me due to the hotel being full but offered ear plugs. Finally offered me one night for free. Hotel is okay but could stand an update. The view out the windows is great but don't stay here if you expect to be you know sleep or relax in your room on the lower floors."
