"The staff were very friendly the room was clean and tidy and quiet the only issue was that the curtains at the windows were not long enough so light shone in all night "

"Whilst previous reviews are correct in that the hotel is "tired" that aside the room facilities were fine, the shower was good, a switch next to the bed to switch off the main light (often there isnt one), adequate lighting and adjustable heating, tea coffee and a kettle and a comfy bed with 2 decent pillows so all round very good value for its position in Carlisle. Defo use again if in area. "

"Our 1 bedroom apartment was gorgeous. Very spacious and the bed comfy. Only 1 criticism was the heating wasn’t on when we went in and took a while to warm up but this is personal preference really"
