"Location, location, location!!Great location!! Had no interactions with staff, self check-in, no daily service on room( which was fine for us). The room was spacious, bed comfy. Limited parking in the three lots, we arrived at the house at 5 pm on check-in day and nothing in the lot of the house we were in. Crossed the street and found one spot remaining. Parking is first come first serve. If no spots you have to find parking in a paid lot, or pay for street parking. We parked on day one and walked everywhere for the next 3 days. 10 min walk to Yankee Freedom if you are going to the Dry Tortugas. Good morning walk to 5 Brothers Grocery and sandwich shop, less than a mile away, great Cuban coffee, and Cuban sandwich. Small family business, not a chain, and they open at 6:30am. Food/ drink/ shopping just around the corner on Duval. Cleanliness: room looked clean, but I noticed after showering my feet were dirty when leaving the bathroom. The floors appeared clean to the eye but needed a good cleaning. The window sills needed a good cleaning also. It was. Great that they provided a box of Tida and washer and dryer outside. Got a load of laundry done before we checked out. "

"We had the pool view and loved the little terrace to sit outside. The room was wonderful. The mattresses are comfortable. They supply bathrobes and slippers. There is a refrigerator in the room for bottled water which they supply. I never heard a peep from our neighbors, so I'm assuming the walls are very soundproof. Beach towels and eyeglass cleaner are supplied out by the pool. Anything you need is just a text away! And the entire staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely return to this resort!"

"Great location at the end of Duval Street, but between the outdated grounds and one issue after another from check-in to checkout, the experience simply didn’t justify the price. We stayed four nights and chose this property because the pricing suggested a level of service comparable to resorts we normally stay at like Casa Marina or La Concha. Unfortunately that was not our experience. We extended our stay and had two reservations. We were told ahead of time combining them would not be a problem, but when we arrived we were told we had to check out of one room and check back in the next day. We were also told our luggage would be transferred, which never happened. We ended up out of our room for about five hours and spent over an hour and a half waiting in line to check in again. At checkout we were granted a late checkout until 1:00 PM due to the earlier issues. When we returned at 12:30 to grab our luggage and take a quick shower, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. A bellman let us in and took our luggage but never gave us a ticket. Later no one could locate our bags and we were even asked to show a picture of our luggage so they could identify it. Restaurant service was poor, the area smelled like spoiled fruit or garbage, and the grounds felt dark and dated. The pool and beach area were overcrowded unless you rented a cabana, and the ice machine near our room was broken the entire sta Staff did communicate by text and management said they would credit "

"Pool and pool bar were great! Our only problems were a noisy a/c unit and worn carpet in hallway on 2 nd floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and museums. We would stay there again. "

"We stayed a week and found the room comfortable and cleaned very nicely each day. The pool was small but great. Roman was personable and friendly . Breakfast was bagels, yogurt and such and fine. The coffee was delicious. Having been to Key West many times we liked its quiet location not far from the Seaport. We walked everywhere-from Louie's Backyard, to Fort Zach to Duval bars. "

"The carpet is old and stained. The pool is a good time and the staff is very friendly. The cleaning staff is a bit aggressive and could leave more than 1 towel per person but all and all a nice place. "
