A friendly, welcoming hotel, the staff were very attentive, and allowed us to leave luggage with them before check in whilst we went to explore the city. Rooms were very clean, and beds made every day. Shuttle bus every 30 mins and always on time to take us to train station, airport, always helpful staff. We would definitely stay again, and enjoyed our first trip to Berlin with two young children.

The property condition is excellent. Walkable from Spittelmarket railway station. The rooms were big enough and one of the best i stayed in Germany. Breakfast was good but repetitive and got bored by 4th day of stay. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. Many attractions are at a walkable distance, like check point Charlie. The others with an hop from nearby bus and train stations. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and i would be back for my next trip. The only negative...

This hotel is convenient for all transport connections. The dining room is very nice and food consistently good. Bedrooms are spacious and very quiet and beds comfortable. The only minus is the lack of cupboards and storage space, not enough for one person so you need a suitcase to use as storage and for a couple, not acceptable. This is a shame and shortsighted by the management as it lets down an otherwise very good hotel.

The location suited me, given the areas I wanted to visit. Because it’s a short walk to the station getting the train from and to the airport is a synch. Also getting around Berlin City Centre was very easy. Checking in and out was very efficient, if not over friendly. Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo. Perfect for my stay. There were food outlets and a supermarket at the train station. Room was kept very clean and tidy during my stay. Would definitely come back.

I had a lovely stay here. The size of the room was very generous, it was clean and very comfortable. The area its located is excellent (!) but located on quiet street. There are lots of shops, restaurants and transport links in close proximity. The Reception staff was lovely and friendly; Check in and check out processes was efficient and professional yet friendly. We stayed here for a weekend in June, the hotel was really quiet, the room was comfortable and the staff were fantastic. The location, near the canal, was within easy walking distance for us of places we wanted to visit, and the U-Bahn station was right outside had we wanted to go further afield. Our room was on the garden side, so we got no noise coming in from outside, though the road isn't too busy so I imagine even rooms on the road side are pretty quiet.
