"Room was clean, recommend 2 keys so one can be used for the power at the entrance. Staff were very friendly. Spa does not open until 2pm, it would have been nice to use it in the morning."

Bar staff was nice (except on blonde kid that was loud and bossy!) he seems to have been making drink samples but was very condescending to the other staff. Location good, it in the high tourist area though. But the trains were nearby and used often."

"Great hotel to use as a base for a short city break. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and easy transport connections to all the sights. Hotel was clean with a generous - sized room and plenty of variety in the buffet breakfast."

"Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Renovations were going on. They lasted for 9-5. Which I didn’t know about until I got to my room. "
