The location was excellent and I liked the bar with its roof terrace. The wi-fi was good. There is no housekeeping unless requested, which seems sensible. All in all it was a good choice and I’d come again.

Very easy to get to from Postdam Platz station and so near many food and drink places! The hotel itself was immaculate, checking in was very simple and my room was beautiful- especially the bathroom! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone for their first time in Berlin and they also have a range of snacks in reception as well as the restaurant for breakfast!

We loved our stay at the Scandic! The staff were so nice and helpful. Such a big hotel and they still remembered my name when we had to come back because our train was cancelled. The breakfast was excellent - so much variety and so fresh! I highly recommend. Just note that there’s no AC but they have lots of fans so we were fine!

Great facility, easy check-in. Helpful staff all around. I happened to be in a rental car and there was no available parking at the hotel itself. I had to park at the underground Potsdamer Platz garage across the street. It was quite a long walk back to the hotel and it was difficult to get my bearings. The laundry service was overpriced as well, so we had to use an offsite launderer to get the laundry done. My case was somewhat exceptional as I was traveling in a party of five in a car. A single traveler or a couple using Berlin's many transportation options should have no complaints. The breakfast was indeed terrific.

Great place! Quiet spot next to the SBahn (I think) and i short walk to Porsdamer Platz station. The only complaint was the air conditioning. It was quite warm in our east facing room. Windows didn't do much to help.

This was our first time staying at this chain. We booked 3 rooms. Check in was easy. Each room had issues. Neither room had enough towels, one room had a filthy toilet and the other room had not been cleaned at all. We had dirty coffee cups, empty water bottles, full trash cans and dirty towels. I complained to the front desk and was told they would take care of it. We returned hours later, at around 9pm and the only thing they did, was empty the trash cans. The front desk apologized but room service was no longer around, so a manager came to clean up the dirty dishes and gave us towels. When something like that happens, it doesn’t matter how everything in that hotel is.
