Very nice, huge hotel. Room enough in the two restaurants for Intercontinental breakfast. Located on the Alexander Platz, this gives you direct access to the city, metro, train en direct transport line to the airport. The room was clean, personnel very helpful.

Amazing hotel right next to the TV tower! Room was great views! Breakfast was also good- especially needed for a day of walking round Berlin. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin!

The room was nice and clean for what it was. The gym was decent but the smith machine rack needs a lot of lubricant love. It’s also too small for the size of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Overall not bad. Clean, safe, and fairly comfortable temperature for late May.

Great location. As many other stated, doesn't feel like a true 4 star hotel. Room is ok for one, bathroom concept lacks privacy. It's an older building so you do hear your neighbors from time to time. Staff is helpful. Having your luggage stored costs 2 euro per piece.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced.

The hotel itself is good, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, the restaurant deserves a negative star if that were possible. The breakfast was extremely limited (mostly just different types of ham), and the service was very unfriendly. Some of the servers were rude, which completely ruined the dining experience.

The best part about the hotel is the convenience of the location (and the great view). As a solo traveler, the size of the room was fine, and I didn’t mind that only a curtain separated the shower from the rest of the room. However, what I did mind was the size of the pillows - half the width of a regular pillow and so soft they essentially collapsed as soon as your head touched hit them. The water pressure is also awful - the tap in my bathroom produced only boiling water and the temperature for the shower was either scalding or freezing. The worst part about the hotel is the fact that guests can do seemingly whatever they like, with no repercussions. I stayed here for 3 nights and every night was kept awake for hours on end by doors slamming, people shouting in the corridors, and rave-like music being blasted from my neighbours above. I don’t think I slept more than 4 hours. Only on one occasion did security come to tell people to be quiet (and that was at 6am - far too late to make a difference). I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. This hotel looks good, but unfortunately looks can be very deceiving.

Booked this hotel for a solo trip very last minute. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is large and can hold a lot of guests there was plenty of space and not too over crowded in the lobby. The room itself as good with all amenities albeit the room was on the smaller size. One drawback was the shower curtain that separated the the shower area with the rest of the room. This was fine as a solo traveller but might have been difficult if I was travelling with others. The breakfast area was very clean and a good choice. The usual continental breakfast options and plenty of options available. The best thing about the hotel is the location to Alexanderplatz.
